Smarter Bidding Starts Here

Built by Public School Business Officials, for Public Entities

BidLogiQ was created by experienced school business officials who saw firsthand how outdated, paper-heavy bidding processes slowed down projects, created compliance risks, and frustrated both districts and vendors. Our mission is simple: to modernize public procurement while preserving the transparency, fairness, and accountability that define it.

Designed specifically for schools, municipalities, and public agencies, BidLogiQ streamlines every step of the solicitation lifecycle—from bid creation and vendor communication to contract review and award—within one secure, cloud-based platform.

By combining deep knowledge of public finance and operations with modern technology, BidLogiQ helps public entities work smarter, faster, and more confidently—so time and resources can be focused where they matter most: serving communities.

Sealed Bid Security

BidLogiQ was purpose-built to protect the integrity of the public bidding process. Every submission is automatically encrypted and digitally sealed the moment it’s uploaded—ensuring that no one, including administrators, can view pricing or proposal details until the official bid opening date.

Our platform enforces state-specific thresholds and deadlines in full compliance with General Municipal Law and other procurement regulations. Bids submitted after the deadline are automatically rejected, while all on-time submissions are time-stamped, logged, and stored in an immutable audit trail.

At opening, BidLogiQ unseals bids automatically and transparently, preserving fairness and accountability. With role-based access controls, end-to-end encryption, and permanent audit records, districts and municipalities can conduct truly compliant, secure, and transparent sealed bid events—all within one trusted platform.

Document Workflow

BidLogiQ brings every stakeholder together—district administrators, vendors, architects, construction managers, and attorneys—into one secure, trackable environment for contract review and approval.

Once a bid is awarded, BidLogiQ routes contracts, insurance and related documents for review. Each participant can comment, redline, or suggest edits directly in the platform with full version control, ensuring transparency and eliminating version confusion.

Attorneys can perform legal review, architects and construction managers can verify scope and technical accuracy, and administrators can finalize and approve the document with an auditable history of every change. Once approved, the awarded vendor can securely sign the contract in-portal, completing the workflow from solicitation to signature—all within a compliant, FOIL-ready, cloud-based system.

BidLogiQ simplifies what was once a paper-heavy, fragmented process into a streamlined digital pathway for collaboration, accuracy, and accountability.

FOIL Compliance Made Simple

BidLogiQ was built with transparency at its core. Every bid, addendum, communication, and contract is automatically time-stamped, archived, and searchable—making Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) requests effortless.

Instead of spending hours gathering files from emails, drives, and paper archives, users can instantly generate complete, exportable FOIL response packets directly within the platform. All records are securely stored and organized by project, ensuring that nothing is lost, altered, or overlooked.

With BidLogiQ, compliance isn’t an afterthought—it’s built in. Districts and municipalities can respond to information requests confidently and efficiently, maintaining full transparency while reducing administrative workload and risk.
