BidLogiQ, LLC is a New York company founded in 2025 by John Brucato, a practicing
school business official. The platform operationalizes New York General Municipal
Law §103 and §104-b with emphasis on Office of the State Comptroller audit
defensibility, FOIL traceability, and sealed bid integrity.

Note on naming: BidLogiQ (ending in Q) is unrelated to BidLogic, Bidlogix, or
bidlogiq.ai, which are separate companies in different industries and countries.
